This CPD Accredited Course has been created in response to the growing modern need to have a flexible, guided and supported learning programme for combating stress in the workplace. Those individuals who complete the Course and the short assignments will earn 20 CPD credits.

The comprehensive Course equates to at least two days of formal training, but it is made available as a modular online resource that you can complete at a time that suits you. The training will be popular with both employer and employee, because it is accessed online. It is available 24/7 with valuable guided and supported learning every step of the way. Course options can include email and/or Skype sessions with a highly qualified stress management consultant. Skype sessions are available at convenient times of the day, seven days per week 07:00 - 21:00 BST.

The modules are set out in a logical order, but you can dip in and out wherever you please, only engaging for as long as you have available. Most modules last less than 10 minutes. Each session has an audio file to compliment the text.

The Course has been developed for the modern workplace to provide quick, effective and practical solutions to combat stress and pick up a whole host of invaluable personal and professional 'soft skills,' as you strengthen your self awareness and personal authenticity. If you are serious about learning robust management skills, this is definitely for you.

Built on 25 years of personal and professional experience you can be assured of picking up many exercises, tips and tricks to beat stress, all of which have proved themselves in the heat of battle, with many of them dating back over 2500 years.

Each session will give you tools to understand how get the best out of yourself and even use your negativity to great effect.

Specifically, you will be encouraged to pick exercises and strategies that resonate with you and that fit comfortably and easily into your life. Learn at your own pace, in your own way and make good use of the stress in your life.

The Course is available for purchase with a one off payment, or 6 equal monthly payments.


Course Versions

There are three versions of the Course to choose from:

Entry Level: 175.00 per person. Includes all course content, exercises, 'do you know' 'quotations' and audio files.

CPD Accredited (Email) Version: 275.00 per person. Those who enrol on the CPD Accredited Email Version of the Course, will collaborate with a very experienced stress management consultant, by email, to help them complete short manageable assignments which will lead them towards creating their own personalised stress management regime. There will be four assignments and four emails each way, to help to personalise and apply the the information and techniques that are being learnt. Experience has shown that the ongoing support and guidance help to cement the learning and give you confidence to continue to implement the new exercises and strategies.

CPD Accredited (Email & Skype) Version: 375.00 per person. Those who enrol on the CPD Accredited Key Person, Email & Skype Version of the Course, will collaborate with a very experienced stress management consultant, by email and Skype, to help them complete short manageable assignments which will lead them towards creating their own personalised stress management regime. There will be four assignments and four emails each way, to help to personalise and apply the the information and techniques that are being learnt. Additionally there will be two 45 minute Skype sessions to help you to develop an understanding of how what has been learnt on the Course can be applied to the management of others.

The Course can be purchased with a single payment or 6 equal monthly installments.
